"We hired Greta to find renters for our accessory apartment. Our work with Greta started already during the construction, she has great taste and experience, and we could always count on her for advise, including assessing the market and what comparable apartments are renting for. Once the apartment was ready and we got our permit, Greta went to work finding us tenants. She showed the apartment, did the due diligence and background checks on the prospective tenants, found us the loveliest ones and was helpful in closing the deal. Greta is wonderful, she's sharp and very knowledgeable, highly personable, hard working, she's open and does not hesitate to tell you the truth, and she gets it done. We would continue to work with Greta for all our future real estate needs."

"I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Greta. She took care of everything, I had very little to do during the entire process, it was the most stress free experience. Greta is attentive, action oriented and was always in my corner throughout the entire process. Her suggestions on where to make small updates to the house were what helped sell it so quick in my opinion. Greta personally project manages all repairs and is very transparent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using her services."

"Greta is nothing short of a miracle worker. After my mother's death, we needed to move my father to an assisted living situation. They had lived in the house for over 50 years and my father had just turned 90 years old. It was the house that I had grown up in. My father was not handy when I was a child and the house had seriously deteriorated since we kids had left over 30 years earlier. Greta was remarkably sensitive in dealing with my father and his pricing expectations; found appropriate comparables for our over 100 year old home; worked tirelessly to prepare the house for sale including helping me find painters, plumbers, electricians, handymen etc; staged the house beautifully; made an absolutely stunning sales document including professional photographs; identified and attracted appropriate potential buyers and managed the sale process without any issues or problems. She is my hero and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending her."
